iReturn: Northrop Grumman's Return to Work Program
The Next Chapter is Yours
When the time is right, we want you back. Whether you left to care for family, pursue additional education, explore a different career path or any number of reasons, we understand the challenges of returning to the workforce. Our iReturn℠ program is designed to translate the skills and experience you have developed and provide a path for experienced professionals to return to work after a career break of two or more years.
iReturn provides opportunities for skills enhancement and development and is committed to supporting participants as they assimilate back into the workforce. iReturners are full-time employees who, upon hire, have access to an extended network of professionals within our iReturn alumni community. iReturn provides assimilation, development and exposure to ensure those returning have the support necessary for success. At Northrop Grumman, we see limitless value in the diversity of experience every returner contributes to our business, and we are committed to ensuring we provide opportunities for those looking to return to the workforce.
