The recruitment process consisted of three stages. Northrop Grumman focuses on a candidate holistically, rather than the focus being on coding. The application process tests behaviours, competencies, communications and coding skills to determine if the candidate has the potential to be successful. The candidate will be provided with both learning and work based training, which fills in any gaps and raises skills and knowledge to a professional standard.
