We are a Tactical Data Link (TDL) solutions provider with 60 years of experience in the design and development of TDLs, network planning, management and control systems for every echelon of battlefield network communications. Our deep understanding of network protocols, messages, and operational use has resulted in a mature and robust link management product suite. Our TDL solutions are currently employed world-wide, used by both Defense and Industry to conduct TDL operations using a wide variety of over 30 interfaces and protocols, such as Link 16, Link 11, Joint Range Extension Application Protocol (JREAP), Variable Message Format (VMF) and Link 22.
Gateway Manager (GM)
Northrop Grumman’s Gateway Manager (GM) provides network managers with the ability to network multiple platforms communicating on different protocols while providing a comprehensive operational picture in near real-time. The Gateway Manager also controls data communications locally and remotely, making it a flexible capability for managing tactical networks.
Link Management System (LMS)
Northrop Grumman’s Link Management System (LMS) is the engine for Tactical Data Link monitoring, management and analysis. LMS provides a comprehensive solution, offering the Joint Interface Control Officers (JICOs) and network managers dynamic management and analysis of theater communications during real-world operations. With decades of deployed operational use, LMS provides a robust feature set to monitor, analyze, and manage the health and performance of each network and its participants.
Tactical Data Link Integration Exerciser (TIGER)
Northrop Grumman’s Tactical Data Link Integration Exerciser (TIGER) offering provides an interoperable stimulation/simulation system with Link 11, Link 16, Link 22, JREAP-C, DIS, SIMPLE, SWIF, and TIF capabilities. TIGER is used worldwide and can be tailored to meet customer requirements.
