Photonex Integrated Modules provide the system engineer with a high density deformable mirror for applications requiring high spatial frequency correction and where size and weight are critical. We offer modular building blocks having 1, 1.8, and 2.5 mm actuator spacing. Joining modules to create larger form factors enables large-scale mirrors having thousands of actuators. Dimensional stability tests have been conducted on a number of 1024 channel modules having 1-mm spaced actuators arranged in a 32 x 32 array. Custom mirror designs are available for extended stroke range, temperature range, actuator spacing, high frequency operation and high laser power dielectric coatings. View Data Sheet
