“We meet in person once every quarter and I was delighted to host our latest meeting at Northrop Grumman’s New Malden Office.”
Katharine Sealy, Managing Director of National Security Solutions at Northrop Grumman, was invited to share her inspiring career journey into STEM with the group. Sharing WYPB’s passion, Katharine has recently been appointed Industry Co-Chair for the Women in Defence Charter.
Sophie Ball, Head of Talent, joined the event virtually to present with Zanjabil Qureshi, Deputy Chair of NGWIN – Northrop Grumman’s Women’s International Network, on how Northrop Grumman values, supports and celebrates people from different backgrounds and how we are working to increase the diversity of our company.
“Our goal is the same as WISE’s – to achieve gender equity in STEM across the UK. I’ve really enjoyed the event today. It’s good for everyone to get together in a room, it feels like a safe space for everyone to share ideas and experiences. It’s been really well hosted by Northrop Grumman and Nintse.” – Kathryn Malcolm, AstraZeneca and Chair of WYPB.
