Gabrielle Batkin

Gabrielle (Gabby) Batkin leads the corporate Legislative Affairs organization for Northrop Grumman. In this role, Batkin develops and executes Northrop Grumman’s legislative and domestic policy agenda. She is responsible for communicating the company’s achievements and objectives to members of the U.S. Congress, state and local elected officials, government policy leaders, and trade associations. She also directs the employee-funded political action committee.
Bio
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Batkin served for over 20 years in staff positions in the U.S. Congress, including senior positions on the Senate Appropriations, Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, and Environment and Public Works Committees. In those roles, she advised Senators and their staff on all aspects of the Committees’ operations and agendas, including funding and policy issues across the entire federal government.
Batkin earned a master's degree in International Affairs from George Washington University and bachelor's degree in International Studies from Bradley University.
