Ken Crews is corporate vice president and chief financial officer for Northrop Grumman Corporation. Crews is responsible for the company’s business management and finance function and activities including the controller; treasury; contracts and pricing; financial strategy and planning; mergers and acquisitions; tax; internal audit; investor relations; trust administration and investments; and the business management organizations within the operating sectors of the company.
Bio
Prior to becoming CFO in October 2024, Crews served as the vice president of business management and chief financial officer for two of Northrop Grumman’s operating units: the Space Systems and Mission Systems sectors. In these sector CFO roles, he was responsible for executing the sector’s financial strategy and leading all business management functions, including accounting, contracts, estimating and pricing, financial planning, reporting and analysis, government compliance, and import/export.
Prior to these CFO sector roles, Crews held numerous senior leadership roles, include vice president of business management for the Navigation, Targeting and Survivability division within the Mission Systems sector and director of financial planning and analysis for the corporation. Crews joined Northrop Grumman in 2004.
Crews earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
