Northrop Grumman Online Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is a supplement to the Northrop Grumman Privacy Notice and applies to U.S. applicants and prospects for job opportunities at Northrop Grumman and its affiliates.

This Notice uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the California privacy laws.

Information We Collect/Obtain

Through your interaction with Northrop Grumman as a job applicant or a prospect, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information about you:

Of the Personal Information collected, we may collect the following categories of sensitive Personal Information about you:

• Identifying Information, including ethnicity
• Log-in Credentials, including username, password, time and date of login
• Health Information, should you choose to provide it in connection with an accommodations request

How We Use the Information About You

We will use the above categories of Personal Information and sensitive Personal Information you provide for considering you for a position at Northrop Grumman, and if you are offered a position or become employed by Northrop Grumman, for employment-related and administrative purposes including as described in the below table.

Our recruiters assess your skills and qualifications during the hiring process and decide whether you would be a good fit for the role. Such technologies are not used to make automated decisions on job applicants and prospects.
